We are The Rehab Store understand the importance of receiving your orders quickly and safely. Therefore, we always do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Below you will find information about our shipping and delivery policy.


SHIPPING COST :

Order Acceptance & Pricing

All pricing on our website is in New Zealand dollar (NZD). Please note that sometimes orders cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information
  • Suspicions of fraud

In this case, we will cancel the order from our end and refund you, the refund is processed within 10 business days and the customer sees the funds back in their account within that time.

TRANSIT, HANDLING, AND ORDER CUTOFF TIME

  • Order Cut-Off Time:  02:00 PM (GMT+12:00) New Zealand Standard Time (Auckland)
  • Generally, shipments are in transit for 2 to 5 days 
  • Order handling time is 1 to 2 business days 
  • The Delivery time is 3 to 7 days

Carrier & Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This tracking number will be activated within 24 hours. 

Change of Address:

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at Sales@therehabstore.co.nz or call us at ‪+64 800 749 746 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.
